RULES and POLICIES
  • Wholesale purchases are final as they are usually made-to-order.  Normal turn-around is 7-10 business days (DOES NOT count weekends).  Holidays can also effect turn-around time.  Please reach out to us if your items are needed sooner.
  • We have a minimum of 6 per SCREEN PRINTED design.  You can mix and match SUBLIMATED designs to meet 6 piece MOQ.  Please check description (or shoot us a message) to see whether the design is sublimated or screen printed.
  • All designs are property of Mama Pop Apparel -DO NOT COPY or attempt to recreate.
  • "Running" our designs?  No problem!  But we prefer to personally pm/email you the unwatermarked photo in order to track.  Please watermark our photos with your logo!  In order to protect the integrity of our company, do not use this group by any means to harvest customers or steal images, ideas, etc. or even our own. Also, please do not post that *you* made anything we offer.
  • We print to order in order of when it’s paid. We do have some items that are Ready To Ship, but not all so please keep that in mind when ordering. Please expect 5-10 business day turnaround (depending on peak season times) unless otherwise stated.
  • Mistakes happen (rarely in our case thank goodness!) but we are here to help serve you!  No returns or exchanges unless item is damaged.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if item is received damaged so we may amend the situation and make it right!
